intelligent face joins Andy’s Man Club.

The collaboration between intelligent face and Andy’s Man Club is born from a common aim:  to improve men’s mental health and ultimately to help reduce the UK male suicide rate.

Helping men take care of themselves is at the heart of intelligent face through making products for men to look good, with 10% of every sale going to Andy’s Man Club helping men to do good and feel good about themselves and helping their fellow men.

That’s where Andy’s Man Club comes in.

IT’S OKAY TO TALK.

ANDYSMANCLUB are a men’s suicide prevention charity, offering free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online. We want to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. #ITSOKAYTOTALK

WE BREAK DOWN THE STIGMA OF MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH.

ANDYSMANCLUB has over 190 free support groups nationwide, running every Monday from 7PM except bank holidays. In these groups, men can open up about the storms affecting their lives in a safe, judgement-free and non-clinical environment. Our clubs are designed to be free of pressure, there is no obligation for men to speak, they can simply listen if they wish.

With over 4500 men using our sessions every week, and an army of 1600+ volunteers on board, the movement is continuing to grow week-by-week. We firmly believe in the power of talking and that #ItsOkayToTalk.

Established in 2016 by Elaine, Andy’s Mum, and Luke, Andy’s Brother-in-Law, the aim of the club is to provide men with a safe space where they feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experiences in a room free of judgment.

WE HAVE ONE AIM,TO HELP ONE GUY,TO SAVE ONE LIFE.

ANDYSMANCLUB takes its name from Andrew Roberts,a man who sadly took his own life aged 23 in early 2016. Andy was a lovely and doting father, son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend, and was just 23 years old when he was taken away by suicide, sadly and tragically without warning.

THE FIRST RULE ABOUT ANDYSMANCLUB IS IT’S OKAY TO TALK AT ANDYSMANCLUB.

Simply put, that’s the whole point. It’s a group where men don’t have to battle to be heard or listened to, but where they can join the fight to reduce the rate of suicide in men.
